• Payment information: transaction metadata such as amount, currency, and payment status. We never store your full card, UPI, or bank account numbers — these are handled directly by our payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).

• Usage data: which courses you access and your lecture watch/completion progress.

• Session cookies used to keep you signed in.

• Any information you send us directly, such as support emails.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to courses and live classes you have purchased.

• Process payments and issue refunds.

• Respond to support requests and send service communications (e.g. receipts, access issues).

• Improve and maintain the platform.

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• With payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) to process your payments.

• With teachers, who can see limited enrollment information (name and email) only for students enrolled in their own courses.

Many of our students are minors. The platform is intended to be used by minors only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect more personal data from minors than is necessary to provide our courses and live classes.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you pay in USD or another non-INR currency, your payment may be processed by Stripe or PayPal outside India as part of completing the transaction.
