1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of STEM with DK Swami (the "Platform"), operated by Deepandra Kumar Swami, trading as "STEM with DK Swami" ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Course" means a set of video lectures and related material offered on the Platform.

• "Plan" means a Per-Course or Bundle purchase that grants access to one or more Courses.

• "You" means the registered user of an account on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is designed for students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET, many of whom are minors. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Platform.

4. Account Registration

You may register using an email and password or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Courses, Plans & Access

Plans are either Per-Course (access to a single Course) or Bundle (access to multiple Courses). Every Plan is prepaid: you pay once at the time of purchase, and the Platform never auto-renews or re-charges you automatically.

Depending on the Plan, access is either lifetime (one-time purchase) or for a fixed term (e.g. monthly or yearly access from a single payment). Fixed-term access ends automatically at the end of the purchased period; you may purchase a new Plan to continue access.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways — Razorpay (for payments in INR) or Stripe/PayPal (for payments in USD and other currencies). We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details; these are handled directly by our payment gateways. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may include applicable taxes.

7. Live Classes

Live classes are scheduled group sessions joined via an external link (such as Zoom or Google Meet) at a fixed time shown on your course page. Live classes are not available on-demand and are not one-on-one sessions.

8. Free Previews

Certain lectures are made available as free previews without payment, to help you evaluate a Course before purchasing. Preview lectures are chosen at our discretion and may be changed or removed at any time.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or purchased access to any other person.

• Copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell any Course content.

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All Course content — videos, notes, and related material — is owned by us or our teachers and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. No other rights are granted.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without affecting our other legal rights or remedies.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Course content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, rank, or admission outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
